What types of data can you use ?

With nearly 300 data connectors, we can connect to a large variety of legacy and modern systems. Some of the more frequent connections include flat files (CSV, XML, MS Office, etc.), ODBC (MySQL, MS SQL), Oracle (7.x - 11g), CRM Solutions (Salesforce.com, Oracle/Siebel CRM, Microsoft Dynamics), Enterprise Applications (SAP, PeopleSoft, Great Plains), Lotus Notes, Google Analytics, and more. If there's an API (Web or otherwise), chances are we have a suitable connector.

How much work will this take on my part ?

One of our central goals is to help you save time, and we will. But to get started your involvement is crucial. We will work with you to set objectives for our work and to understand the sources of data that you have internally and what you want to capture externally. Once we complete this initial set-up stage, you can focus all your energy on a deeper understanding of your company and how to get more out of it.

How will you know what I need for my business ?

Our solution for your company is designed just for your company. We don't simply hand over an off the shelf program and leave you to figure it out. Your business is unique. I work with an advertising agency. Can they see my information ?

Yes. Your advertising agency can access all or just part of your information and analysis.

How do I get access to my information ?

You can access your dashboard through any computer, smartphone or tablet with access to the internet.

How secure is my company and payment information ?

All data is transmitted using 2048 bit encryption and stored according to strict PCI and SAS 70 compliance standards. We do not store credit card or account numbers, ever. This information is encrypted and transmitted to our payment gateway processor as a "MD5 hashed" value, which is a series of 32 random numbers and letters.

What if I am not sure how to track my marketing ?

We will partner with you to understand you current marketing programs and assist in defining the appropriate programs to fit your needs while providing the analytical data points to fully analyze the results.

Where are our datacenters ?

Our data centers are located in fully redundant, climate controlled facilities in Chicago, Illinois with a complete, fully redundant backup facility in Dallas, Texas.
